Simple and Transparent Rental Terms

At MS Auto Rental, we are committed to providing a smooth, safe, and reliable rental experience. Our terms are designed to be clear and fair for all customers.

Before booking, please review the key points below. Full details are outlined in the sections that follow.

  • A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals

  • Drivers must be 25 years or older with a valid license and driving experience

  • Vehicles should be returned on time to avoid additional charges

  • Optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available to reduce financial responsibility

  • Renters are expected to take reasonable care of the vehicle

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is separate from the rental cost.

The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period once the vehicle is returned in acceptable condition and all terms have been met.

Driver Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 25 years of age

  • A minimum of two years of driving experience is required

  • Only individuals listed in the rental agreement are permitted to drive the vehicle

Late Return Policy

  • Vehicles should be returned at the agreed time

  • A late fee of USD 25 may apply for every 30 minutes beyond the return time

  • If the delay exceeds 3 hours, an additional full-day rental charge may apply

If you need more time, we recommend informing us in advance to avoid extra charges.

Insurance and Liability

  • The renter is responsible for the vehicle while it is in their possession

  • In the event of damage or accident, the renter must notify MS Auto Rental immediately

  • An official police report may be required in case of accidents

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is available as an optional service to reduce financial responsibility in case of damage.

  • Without CDW: the renter may be responsible for damages up to USD 5,000

  • With CDW: the renter’s responsibility is limited to a maximum of USD 500

CDW does not cover:

  • Tires and rims

  • Upholstery damage or cigarette burns

  • Lost keys

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence

Vehicle Care and Responsibility

  • The renter agrees to use the vehicle responsibly and operate it with care

  • The vehicle should be securely locked and parked in a safe location when not in use

  • The renter is responsible for tire punctures, tire damage, and lost keys or lockout situations

Repairs and Mechanical Issues

  • In case of any mechanical issue, the renter must contact MS Auto Rental immediately

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications are not permitted

  • Any damage caused by unauthorized repairs may result in additional charges

Proper Use of Vehicle

  • Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities

  • Off-road driving, racing, or unsafe use is not permitted

  • Transporting hazardous or prohibited materials is not allowed

Rental Extension

  • To extend your rental, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance

  • Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges

Vehicle Return

  • Vehicles must be returned to the agreed location

  • Early returns without prior notice may result in a one-day charge

Traffic Violations and Charges

The renter is responsible for all:

  • Traffic violations

  • Parking tickets

  • Tolls

  • Related fines incurred during the rental period

Additional Charges

MS Auto Rental reserves the right to charge the renter for:

  • Vehicle damage or loss

  • Unpaid rental fees

  • Traffic fines and penalties

  • Towing or recovery costs

  • Replacement of lost items such as keys

Agreement

By renting a vehicle from MS Auto Rental, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
